Coffee and Caffeine

Coffee as a beverage has increasingly been associated with caffeine which even though is very little can actually have an adverse effect on one’s health if taken over a long period of time. Caffeine is generally regarded as a stimulant because it is capable of increasing the heartbeats and cause alertness to those who drink plenty of it. It is therefore recommended that those who are keen on coffee should think of exploring the area of decaf, short for decaffeinated coffee and this means the coffee that does not have caffeine at all.
